Autodesk Inventor is software that can be used to create engineering designs. Inventor is similar to AutoCAD, but Inventor allows you to create more accurate 3D models than in AutoCAD. For example, if you want to move the position of a hole in a block, you change the dimension or relationship that defines its position in a parametric system.
